Object - the processes of obtaining high-quality innovative technologies and materials for their use in aviation, rocket-space and defense technology and the organization of production management in the aerospace industry using the complex. The subject is new technological methods for manufacturing aircraft structural elements, structural and functional materials with high and predictable properties. Research methods - optical and electron microscopy, chemical, thermal, X-ray diffraction, micro-X-ray spectral methods of analysis, mechanical tests, physical and mathematical modeling, testing of functional characteristics. The fundamentals of the technology for manufacturing blanks of structural elements of aerospace industry products from aluminum alloys with operating temperatures above 200°C have been created. The following have been developed: methods and means of operational control of the tightness of large-sized fuel tanks of launch vehicles; recommendations for the modification of heat-resistant nickel alloys of the Ni-Ti-Mo-Cr-W system, new nanomodifiers are proposed. The following have been determined: rational methods, modes for obtaining high-quality products from composite polymer materials, including using processing in physical fields and 3D printing; rational design and technological solutions for elastomeric and rubber-metal elements of rocket-space and aviation technology, products of other industries.
