The aim of the work is to develop scientific and methodological approaches and substantiate practical recommendations for the formation of a management system for innovative and technological development of the enterprise in terms of implementing a policy of strengthening national security. The research is based on general scientific principles of forecasting and modeling of socio-economic processes that occur in the development of industrial enterprises under the influence of internationalization of business and global competition of world manufacturers. To achieve the defined goal and objectives used general and special research methods, namely: systems analysis; structural analysis; logical; scientific abstraction, analysis, system generalization; economic-mathematical modeling and correlation analysis; quantitative and qualitative analysis. The use and combination of these research methods made it possible to obtain sound conclusions and results. Data processing was carried out using computer technology and software.
