Annals of Nature of the Holosiivskyi National Nature Park. Book 14 (hereinafter - the Park) consists of 8 sections, 20 subsections and 26 smaller structural units. Consideration of the current territorial structure of the Park highlights the latest rationale for the need to expand its territory. The results of monitoring of rare biodiversity at 39 scientific landfills or trial areas of the Park since its foundation are described and 3 new landfills in the sites identified during 2021 are highlighted. Among the meteorological features are the average deviations for 2021 by months. The findings of plants from the Red Book of Ukraine (2009) and the Berne Convention with GPS coordinates in the Park and its surroundings since 2008 are summarized. The localities of coenopopulations of 5 species with Red Book of Ukraine in known localities of growth are described. New locations of 4 species of Red Book of Ukraine plants in the Park are given. Adventist plants of Holosiivskyi Forest tract are considered as a potential threat to the natural ecosystems of the Park. The distribution of mosses by areas and groups of cenoses, mosses of Europe and ChKU, other rare species of mosses are covered in aspects of the modern habitat of the distribution of habitats in the Park. Much attention is paid to the creation of protection zones around the places of growth of plant species and habitats of animal species from the Red Book of Ukraine, identified in the Park in 2017-2021. The current state of vegetation cover of the Sviatoshynskyi-Bilychansky branch of the protected area, flora and fauna of the tracts "China", "Bulgarian" and "Samburka" are described. New finds of vertebrates from ChKU are given. On special topics, proposals to increase the area of ​​the protected area in Holosiivskyi, Koncha-Zaspivskyi, Kyiv forests were considered.
