The subject of research work is an expert-analytical study of methodological, practical and informational support of the functioning of the system of scientific and scientific-technical expertise in Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to conduct research work on the development of scientific and methodological, legal and informational bases for reforming the system of scientific and scientific and technical expertise in order to improve the quality of organization and conduct of expert activities. In the process of research will be used general scientific research methods, in particular: - analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and modeling, systems analysis (classification, expert evaluation, testing and verification), heuristic methods (method of expert evaluations, control questions); generalization methods; tabular and graphic methods; software and tools for data processing and mining; qualimetry. Objectives of the study: - analysis of the Law of Ukraine "On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Expertise" and relevant Regulations governing changes in the scientific and technical sphere; - improvement of procedures for organizing and conducting scientific and scientific-technical expertise; - analysis of world and domestic experience of academic requirements for legal entities and individuals for the right to conduct scientific and scientific-technical expertise; - expert-analytical researches of professional competence and integrity of experts at carrying out scientific and scientific-technical examination by means of information systems; - development of projects of methodical and information support of the organization and carrying out of scientific and scientific and technical examination; Product Description popup.authors Bessarab Valerii H.
