According to the agreement, research was carried out on the morphological and cultural properties of the strains stored in the Depository of Microorganism Strains of the Institute of Microbiology and Virology named after D.K. Zabolotny National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The objects of research are strains of pharmacopoeial microorganisms. The task of the work is research and analysis of the properties of strains, their certification and transfer of pure cultures to the customer. Research methods are accepted in microbiology. As a result of the work, the morphological and cultural properties of the strains were investigated and analyzed. The strains were lyophilized, passported and handed over to customers with passports. Scientific and technical products – strain passports and strain samples. Thus, the work was completed in a volume that corresponds to the technical task and the calendar plan.
