FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITY STRATEGY. The object of the research is the process of managing the development of the strategy of the enterprise entering the foreign market. The purpose of the NDR is to analyze the features of the formation and development of the strategic management of the enterprise's entry into the foreign market and the development of measures to improve it. General methods of scientific knowledge, such as comparison, analysis and synthesis, special methods of economic research: methods of determining trends and indicators of dynamics, tabular and graphic methods, as well as modeling methods: analytical and algorithmic, became the theoretical and methodological basis. Approaches of strategic management, marketing, analytical and situational analyzes became the methodological basis of the company's research. For a thorough study of aspects of strategic management, the marketing environment of the enterprise and its management, an in-depth analysis of data from literary sources of domestic and foreign economic scientists was used. The statistical data of the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine and Khmelnytskyi Region, internal documentation of Mivek LLC, and the results of the company's self-conducted research served as the information base of the study. The research work was carried out on the order of "Mivek" LLC, therefore the results of the work are used in the practice of the business activity of the client company. The results of the NDR can be used in the practice of business entities in both the printing industry and other types of economic activity.
