In recent years, there has been a tendency to increase the frequency and severity of diseases of the hard tissues of the tooth - caries and its complications, non-carious lesions, including fluorosis, periodontal tissue diseases. These topics need detailed study for further successful treatment and prevention. Tooth enamel fluorosis is an early, often the only clinical manifestation of endemic fluorosis that occurs during the primary biomineralization of enamel. In order to determine the leading links in the pathogenesis of caries in children with fluorosis, we analyzed some indicators of oral homeostasis that characterize the cariogenic situation, namely the state of oral hygiene, mineralizing potential of oral fluid and structural and functional resistance of tooth enamel. Typical areas of movement of filling material or instruments in poor-quality endodontic treatment are established - the mandibular canal, maxillary sinus and periapical bone tissue. The individual anatomical features of each tooth are important in the occurrence of surgical complications of endodontic treatment of teeth; distinctive signs of teeth in 3 projections taking into account age; topographic and morphological features of tooth tissues and their functional significance; assessment of the condition of the periodontium surrounding the tooth. Based on the results, we have developed a set of treatment and prevention of caries for children living in areas with high fluoride content in drinking water and have dental fluorosis. Despite the high level of instrumental support of therapeutic dental reception, which allows the use of modern technologies, a wide selection of filling materials, complications in endodontic dental treatment are not uncommon.
