Registration Date 03-08-2022 Organization Ukrainian medical stomatological Academy popup.description2 Despite the introduction of numerous treatment and prevention programs aimed at reducing the level of dental diseases, their prevalence and intensity remain high, which often leads to tooth loss and persistent pathological structural and functional changes of the dental system. In the general structure of medical care for patients in treatment and prevention facilities of dental profile, it is from 40% to 80% in all age groups of patients. Chewing efficiency is one of the most important indicators of human dental health, and the evaluation of the function of grinding and preparation of food for further digestion can be considered in fact almost the only objective criterion for determining the degree of this efficiency. Attempts to improve chewing tests in modern conditions have led to a combination of the use of modern non-food materials as a test material with the possibility of computer analysis of chewing results. The latter component allows not only to obtain an accurate numerical result that is easily interpreted, but also to archive the obtained data for further clinical and statistical comparison and analysis. Attention is drawn to the need to restore masticatory function in patients with such general somatic pathology as stroke for full rehabilitation. Modern dental science is increasingly introducing into the diagnostic process methods characterized by non-invasiveness and the ability to obtain highly accurate information. Thus, the variety of crystallography techniques interfered with objective comparison. Research in recent years has expanded the possibilities of mathematical analysis of crystallographic images, which is more in line with the principles of evidence-based medicine. The formation of extra-articular functional disorders of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is based on pathological changes in the biomechanics of the entire masticatory complex. An analysis of the literature indicates that current research does not provide sufficient informati Product Description popup.authors Yefymenko Artem S. Zaporozhchenko Igor V.
