The purpose of the work is the implementation of improved transport processes in the organization of transport work of road transport enterprises, the implementation of the latest approaches and technologies in the organizational and management processes of the road transport system. The information system of operational control of fuel consumption and monitoring of the technical condition of vehicles of the N3 category, created in the work, is intended for solving the production tasks of road transport and optimizing the operation of the truck fleet. The concept of development of the system of transportation of passengers by road transport on regular routes based on the main priority - improving the quality of the transport process, which includes the regulation of the organizational and functional structure of carriers aimed at ensuring quality indicators, has been formulated; control over the implementation of the organizational and functional structure by the carrier; development of a complex of technological and organizational methods. The structure and indicators of the certification of rolling stock of urban passenger transport have been substantiated and improved, which prevent erroneous decisions when evaluating the carrier. The introduction of the "dynamic passenger size" indicator into the system of passenger transportation quality indicators is proposed and substantiated. The use of gasoline-gas and gas-diesel systems is proposed and substantiated in the conditions of rising prices for gasoline and diesel fuel, but "purely" gas systems based on diesels will also be widely used.
