The purpose of the scientific work is to increase the effectiveness of product promotion through the use of modern information technologies for the purpose of making management decisions. Theoretical foundations of market promotion of products have been summarized; the use of modern information technologies in product promotion has been analyzed; proposals for increasing the effectiveness of product promotion through the use of modern information technologies have been substantiated. As part of the work, a generalization of product promotion tools was carried out, which allow comparing the opportunities in the external environment with the internal resources of the enterprise, which is the basis for determining the possibility of achieving the goals of the enterprise. Surveys were conducted according to the developed questionnaire, which made it possible to determine the most effective methods of product promotion through the use of modern information technologies through surveys of foreign and domestic enterprises. Thanks to the use of research paper proposals, enterprises can increase the effectiveness of promoting their products. Elements of scientific novelty: a methodical approach to intensification of product promotion through the use of modern information technologies is substantiated, which, unlike known ones, consists in the use of artificial intelligence systems to support management decisions and makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of communications with end consumers. The second element of scientific novelty is the development of a questionnaire for surveying enterprises of various industries about the effectiveness of their use of modern information technologies in product promotion.
