The purpose of the work was to formation of an approach to assessing the impact of various factors and indicators on transformational changes in economic sectors. Research methods - theoretical (analysis, synthesis, abstraction, generalization, logical approach) and empirical (observation, survey, methods of economic statistics: modeling, analysis of distribution series, structuring, etc.). The features of the development of the main sectors of the economy are analyzed: industry and the financial sector. Various approaches to assessing the impact of individual market factors on socio-economic transformations by hierarchical levels of the economy have been studied. A methodical approach to assessing the impact of various factors and factors on the transformational changes in the sectors of the economy of Ukraine is proposed, which consists in the fact that in order to identify such changes, first of all, socio-economic changes in social production should be investigated. The developed methodological approach is based on the objective reflection of transformational changes in the economy on the motivation and economic productivity of labor resources.
