To achieve the goal, the following tasks were solved: the theoretical foundations of operational planning of material flows in micrologistics systems were considered; the role of operational planning in the modern conditions of functioning of micrologistics systems is defined; an analysis of the company's activities was carried out and problems of operational planning were identified at LLC "Manufacturing Company HERMES-BUD"; possible ways of improving operational planning in the micrologistic system of the enterprise are highlighted; proposals for optimizing the operational and production planning of the enterprise were developed. The object of the study is the process of operational planning of material flows in the micrologistics system of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodical basis of improving the operational planning system in the micrologistics system. The recommendations were developed to improve the micrologistics system of the enterprise "Production company HERMES-BUD". Research methods: method of system analysis - to establish the essence and tasks of production and operational planning, evaluation of the operational planning system and general characteristics of the enterprise's activity; the method of economic-mathematical modeling for measures to optimize the production calendar; other general scientific methods. The main results of the study are the development of theoretical and practical directions for improving the operational planning system in the micrologistics system.
