Description

 The object of the study is gas safety in the conditions of the ALC «Mine Bіlozerska». The purpose of the work is to develop mine degassing projects, agree on the project of isolated removal of the methane-air mixture, agree on the acts of establishing technically achievable levels of residual dust in the air of cleaning and preparatory works, calculate the parameters of fire breaks ("starved zones"), agree on the type 1 ventilation scheme for two trenches sites, to develop recommendations for non-separated ventilation of the main transport works, which are equipped with belt conveyors, for of ALC «Mine Bіlozerska». Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematics. statistics, calculations according to standard methods. As a result of the work, the technical documentation on working out the stages of the ALC «Mine Bіlozerska» was analyzed. The calculation of the expected release of methane within the excavation sites, the air consumption for ventilation of the cleaning works and excavation sites, the parameters and the mode of degassing of the roof by wells was performed. "Measures for the management of the degassing system of the excavation area during fires in mining workings" was developed. Projects of degassing for extraction sites of ALC «Mine Bіlozerska» have been developed. The acts of establishing technically achievable levels of dusting in the workings of the ALC «Mine Bіlozerska» have been agreed. "The project of the isolated removal of the methane-air mixture of the excavation site of the ALC «Mine Bіlozerska» was agreed. The results of the implementation of developments - the application of the developed recommendations made it possible to ensure gas safety during mining operations, which is of great socio-economic and ecological importance.
