The object of the study is the ordering system for the training of military specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The goal is to improve the process of forming an order for the training of military specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Research method and equipment - system analysis, personal computer. There are no analogues. Theoretical and practical results - a project of a conceptual model regarding the formation of an order for the training of military specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; project of the methodology for determining the needs for the formation of an order for the training of military specialists in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The field of use is personnel management.
