The purpose of the work is the development of scientific and methodological approaches and the justification of practical recommendations for the management of the intellectual capital of the enterprise at the stage of building a solidary information society. Systematic and complex approaches were used in the NDR process. Research methods: grouping and comparison, logical method, analogy method, dialectical method, systemic approach, methods of economic and mathematical modeling. Data processing was carried out using computer technologies and software. In the course of work: - the essence and problems of intellectual capital management of the enterprise are shown theoretically; - a scientific-methodical approach is proposed for the construction of a linear function of the plan for the improvement and development of intangible assets of the enterprise, assessment of the adequacy of the linear function of the plan with the input data, determination of the optimal plan based on a given set of factor characteristics, determination of reference values of the plan indicators; - theoretical results have been practically verified. Results of the NDR: - a method of management of intellectual capital management of the enterprise was obtained, taking into account its relationship with intangible assets for the purposes of increasing the efficiency of their use.
