Description

The ways and methods of improving the system of organizational and legal support for the development of the energy sector of Ukraine have been determined. The possibilities of using state and market mechanisms for the development of the energy sector in the context of the formation of a new architecture of the country's energy system are assessed. Conceptual provisions for the formation of an intellectual ecologically safe energy industry in Ukraine are proposed.
