 The tumor stroma ratio was found to be an important independent prognostic marker for triple negative breast cancer with worse overall and recurrence-free survival for tumors with a higher percentage of stromal component. The presence of intense lymphocytic infiltrate in triple negative breast cancers (41% and above) is an independent prognostic factor for overall and recurrence-free survival and indicates a more favorable prognosis. PD-L1 protein expression is associated with a molecular subtype of breast cancer in both immune infiltrate and tumor cells and is significantly higher for triple negative breast cancer. PD-L1 protein expression may differ in biopsy and surgical material. Androgen protein expression has predictive value for the appointment of antiandrogen therapy for triple negative breast cancer, rather than prognostic value. From all histological characteristics of renal oncocytoma and chromophobic renal cell carcinoma that were inverstigated, light cytoplasm, raisinous nucleus and different nucleus sizes were statistically significant in relation to the diagnosis of chromophobic renal cell carcinoma. Of the various patterns of immunohistochemical reactions with antibodies to CK7, CD117, S100 and GATA3, only diffusely positive reaction with CK7 was statistically significant. The obtained data allow clarifying the prognosis of triple negative breast cancer and improving the diagnosis of kidney tumors.
