Particular attention is paid to the mechanical properties of the metal layers during the strengthening of steel parts and structural transformations in the deposited metal. The aim of the work was the development of technologies and materials for surfacing wear-resistant layers with the introduction of alloying additives, external magnetic influences and increasing the strength of welded joints. To achieve this goal, new regularities of increasing the efficiency of surface layers have been established. The idea of the work consists in the application of methods of controlling the structure, chemical composition and properties of the welded metal by developing the chemical composition of the welded wires, preliminary application of alloying additives, as well as regulation of thermal processes during gas-thermal cutting.
