The purpose of the study is to establish the structural changes of organs and the possibility of their correction under conditions of violation of the body's homeostasis. Research methods: organometry, histomorphometry, planimetry, immunohistochemistry, transmission, and raster electron microscopy, X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, radiography, computer tomography, static microindentation, biochemical blood analysis, spectrophotometry, biomechanical and statistical methods.
