The subject of research is lichen communities and rDNA ITS of lichenized and lichenicolous fungi that are diagnostic species of syntaxons. The object of research is lithogenic habitats. The purpose of the research is to develop a method for determining DNA-synbarcode of symbiotic communities with the participation of lichenized and lichenicolous fungi for their accurate identification and use in classification of rock habitat and their derivatives as leptosols, fluviasols and arenosols. As a result of execution of the state budget research topic, 12 special ones were carried out scientific expedition trips to collect the necessary materials. About 1,200 samples of lichens and lichenicolous fungi were collected. For the first time for science, three new for science fungi are described, for the first time for 10 species of lichens and 17 species of lichenicolous fungi, ITS rDNA sequences were obtained from the samples lichens and algae in groups of fluviasols of Tendrivska Spit and silicate outcrops of the Ukrainian Crystalline Shield. It is proposed to describe two unions new for science, seven new for science association and three new subassociation sciences. Folded prodromus of lithogenic groups of Ukraine includes 21 associations, 10 alliances, 7 orders and 6 classes, and the presence of associations new to science, which differ from the lichen associations of Central Europe shows about their uniqueness and their autochthonous formation in lithogenic habitat of Ukraine. Associations of calciphilic epilite lichens Toninio-Psoretum decipientis and Verrucario viridulae-Staurotheletum hymenogoniae together, which are diagnostic in the Pannonian steppe habita groups need protection at the European level.
