The subject of research is the mechanisms and models of increasing the efficiency of the manufacturing processes of manufacturing parts and assembling machines by improving the methods of mechanical processing of construction materials, technological equipment and tooling, quality systems of the organization and methods of teaching engineering disciplines. The study aims to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing processes of manufacturing parts and assembling machines by improving methods of machining structural materials, technological equipment and tooling, quality systems of organization and methods of teaching engineering disciplines. The report consists of 4 chapters. In the first chapter, the issue of increasing the efficiency of manufacturing processes for machining complex-shaped parts from difficult-to-cut materials is considered. The second chapter is devoted to improving methods of machining difficult-to-cut structural materials. The third chapter considers the issue of improving the methods of technological equipment and equipping flexible automated manufacturing. The fourth chapter is dedicated to ensuring the organization's quality systems and methods of teaching engineering disciplines. Many articles have been published based on the results of the R&D project in peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings and indexed by the Scopus and Web of Science databases.
