The research results: theoretical and methodical bases of forming future agrarians’ innovative competence have been characterised; the essence of methodological approaches to forming future agrarians’ innovative competence has been substantiated; pedagogical principles have been determined; the pedagogical conditions of forming future agrarians’ innovative competence in the conditions of the All-Ukrainian Scientific-Educational Consortium have been clarified; the analysis of the scientific definitions of «vocational-personality self-development», «innovative competence», «professional training», «pedagogical technology» in the context of the research problem has been carried out; theoretical provisions regarding the development of pedagogical technology of forming future agrarians’ innovative competence have been formulated. The materials of the work can be used to update approaches to forming future agrarians’ innovative competence for improving the content of vocationally oriented and normative disciplines; during the development of training programmes, teaching aids for agrarian HEIs and can become a supplement to the sections of pedagogy devoted to the problems of the relationship between culture and education. The issues of the research have been highlighted in 24 scientific publications: reports of 8 all-Ukrainian and international scientific and practical conferences; 5 textbooks, 13 scientific articles in professional publications of Ukraine, 1 scientific article in the international scientometric database Scopus, 2 monographs.
