The purpose of the research work is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological foundations and scientific and practical recommendations for the formation of an effective model of social partnership to ensure sustainable development, to determine the synergy of cooperation between the state, the educational environment and business. The theoretical basis of the study of social partnership for achieving the goals of sustainable development has been developed. The role of public management and administration in the conditions of sustainable development is studied. it was established that public management involves the cooperation of all its participants; some aspects of social responsibility of the synergized triad "Government-Business-Society" to ensure civilizational standards and acceptable parameters of the population's life have been investigated. directions of the strategy of modernization of social dialogue are highlighted. a three-way social partnership model was developed in Ukraine, which provides for the presence of subjects of the social partnership model The scientific novelty consists of the specified conditions for the formation of a social partnership model (overcoming corruption, forming the image of a civil servant, modernization of social dialogue, etc.) and a model of social partnership for ensuring sustainable development. The practical significance of the obtained results is that the proposed scientific and practical recommendations and conclusions can be used for the formation and implementation of a model of social partnership to ensure the goals of sustainable development in the context of public management and administration.
