Of the wood samples 7 genus of microscopic fungi were isolated: Acremoneum strictum, Aspergillus niger, Cladosporium elatum, Fusarium tricinctum, Paecilomyces variotii, Penicillium sp., Trichoderma koningii, and also a large number of bacteria and yeast. Microscopic fungus Cladosporium elatum was isolated at a high frequency of occurrence from both control and damaged samples. From literature it is known that this mushroom is a destructor of wood. "Lignofix ТОР" at a concentration of 100%, 25% and 10% was characterized by high antifungal activity against micromycetes, isolated from the affected wood samples, zones of absent growth were 70, 45 and 50 mm, respectively. As a result of the studies under the conditions of the test laboratory, it was established that the «Lignofix TOP» is effective for wood from the effects of wood -destructive microscopic fungi for 28 days.
