The object of the study is the process of ensuring the quality of the professional activity of pedagogical workers in the system of continuous education, the subject is approaches, principles, content, forms, methods and means of ensuring the quality of the professional activity of pedagogical workers in the system of continuous education. The purpose of the work is to substantiate, develop, verify the effectiveness and implement the technology of ensuring the quality of the professional activity of pedagogical workers of the city of Kyiv in the system of continuous pedagogical education. Research methods are theoretical (analysis, synthesis, modeling, systematization, generalization); empirical (observation, measurement, testing, experiment); methods of mathematical statistics. The theoretical and practical significance of the results lies in the substantiation, approval and implementation of a new organizational model of IPO interaction with teachers; implementation of technology to ensure the quality of the professional activity of pedagogical workers in the system of continuous education; updated educational and professional programs for improving the qualifications of pedagogical workers; development, testing and implementation of the IPO electronic platform; development of recommendations on the application of technology for the development of the quality of professional activity. The results of the research are implemented in the educational process of the Institute of Postgraduate Education of the Borys Hrinchenko Kyiv University.
