It was established that the presence of both NO and SIRT1 is a necessary condition for maintaining chromatin activity, while a change in the balance (their excess/deficiency) can become a factor in its damage. The inhibitory effect of a specific sirtuin 2 (AGK2) blocker on the viability of thymus cells and lymph nodes in conditions of experimental systemic autoimmune damage was shown. The stimulating effect of ammonium glycyrrhizinate (an inhibitor of amphoterin HMGB1) on the meiotic maturation of oocytes under conditions of experimental LPS-induced endotoxemia was established.
