The subject of the study is approaches to the management of the components of the strategic potential of the transitive economy in the conditions of specific historical features of the state's national policy. The purpose of the study is to manage the components of the strategic potential of the transitive economy and to form a paradigm of the economic development of the national economy on this basis. Achieving the set goal determined the formulation and solution of the following methodological and practical tasks: based on the study of applied aspects of structural changes of strategic imperatives of management, to determine the degree of validity of theoretical concepts in order to identify their scientific and methodological significance and the possibilities of application by modern science; conduct a comparative analysis of the level of development of the internal structure of the economic system and management processes in the conditions of specific historical features of development; to determine the features of strategic imperatives of management in the conditions of the transitory economy of Ukraine; to systematize the experience of forming strategic areas of personnel management and proposals for adaptation for countries with a transformational economy. Research results: the concept of development and evolution of modern management trends is defined in the modern paradigmatic context; the research and generalization of strategic management experience is substantiated, the influence of bifurcation mechanisms on the flow of transformational management processes is proven. The scope: consists in the application of the methodology of conceptual awareness and systematic research of the economic mechanism through the prism of the civilizational approach, building up the modern base of studies of fluctuations in the economic systems.
