Materials and methods. Research results. It has been established that the combined use of therapeutic hypothermia and the introduction of allogeneic MSCs on the background of myocardial infarction leads to a significant improvement in vascularization in the infarct area, promotes the activation of compensatory regenerative processes in cardiomyocytes. That is manifested in maintaining the energy resource and restoration of synthetic processes in cells, improving the ultrastructural parameters of mitochondria, confirmed by an accelerated decrease in the level of tissue damage markers, the restoration of the balance of pro- and antioxidant systems, faster and more complete normalization of electrocardiograph parameters. It has been demonstrated that the administration of PSCFE contributes to balanced enhancement of proliferative and apoptotic processes and leads to organotypic tissue regeneration after cryodestruction.
