As part of the study, the method of structural optimization of static neural networks was used, which involves training the network of the selected configuration using a training data set. The methodology for improving the operational safety of the aviation enterprise was described on the basis of developed models and methods of managing system state levels. Methods based on the systems approach, management theory and decision-making theory were used. System analysis - to define a scientific task. As part of the implementation, the training was periodically interrupted to analyze the results of the network according to the criterion that characterizes the quality of the classification of the technical condition of the engine. The evaluation was carried out using training and control sets. Development of a comprehensive approach to solving issues of estimating the time to complete a transport task based on the use of artificial intelligence methods, namely neural networks. In the process of research, methods of analysis and synthesis were used to determine the key conceptual provisions of research works on the organization of multimodal transportation. In order to clarify the essence of the concept of "multimodal transport operator", methods of logical generalization were applied. Risk management involves determining priorities in an attempt to reduce the impact of some risks, possibly to the detriment of others, but ultimately contributes to solving the tasks set in the management of transport and logistics risks of the transportation process. The materials of the work can be applied in the practical work of enterprises of the air transport system of Ukraine, higher educational institutions of different levels of accreditation.
