The purpose of the work – Justification of proposals for improving the actions of management bodies and forces involved in the implementation of works to eliminate the consequences of emergency situations, ensuring environmental safety; analysis of the use of risk assessment methodology in the improvement of civil protection systems. Research methods - survey-analytical, laboratory: methods of chemical analysis, methods of remote measurement of human body temperature during the pandemic, methods of assessing the degree of tightness of cabins, method of assessing total heat input into the cabin, method of assessing the effectiveness of heat protection means, analysis of risk management methods. Section 1 shows that the solution to the problem of optimal use of estimates of the same state vector, obtained by different methods at the same time, is reduced to the sequential application of the algorithm of filtering estimates. The optimal rule for finding the resulting estimate and its accuracy was obtained. This rule, characterizing the measurement of the current parameter, is structurally similar to the formulas for obtaining estimates based on empirical data, but differs significantly in the method of obtaining them. Chapter 2 summarizes information about magnetic fields (MF) in vehicles and compares them with the results of our measurements carried out in other types of electrified transport, as well as consideration of the problems of adverse effects of electromagnetic fields (EMF) on drivers, passengers and the environment, the impact of electromagnetic radiation of modern hybrid and electric vehicles on a human biological cell. Chapter 3 explores the use of non-contact infrared devices for temperature screening. It is important to pay attention to the accuracy of these systems for identifying visitors or staff with an infectious disease.
