An aim of work is research of processes of portage, cleaning and processing of the metallic shaving, development and improvement of equipment for the systems of exploitation of lubricating-cooling liquids of metal-cutting machine tools taking into account ecological efficiency of processes of portage, cleaning and processing of technological environments. A research method is a physical and numeral design and experimental researches of processes of portage and processing of shaving, cleaning of technological liquids of metal-cutting machine tools. As a result of researches the new constructions of the improved equipment for a portage, processing of the metallic shaving and cleaning of technological liquids of metal-cutting machine tools were worked out. Degree of introduction - the new constructions of the improved equipment for a portage and processing of the metallic shaving are recommended to introduction on the areas of treatment of details of machines of machine-shops of machine-building enterprises. Basic structural and operating indexes: continuity of process and high degree of preparation of the metallic shaving to processing.
