Those who have been diagnosed as suffered from acute appendicitis after laparoscopic diagnostics have been taken into consideration. The usage of SDSS both at stages of diagnostics and appendectomy was followed by positive dynamics of main clinician parameters of patients with both edematous and complicated forms of disease. Thus, the time between moment of cessation of operation and ability of patients to gain vertical position themselves have been shortened by 22,2, % (P<0,05), and by 24,8 %, (P<0,05) correspondently, shortening the time of pain sensation after coughing test by 27,3%, (P<0,05), and by 29,8%, (P<0,05) along with shortening the time of staying at the hospital by на 15,5%, (P>0,05) and by 29,8% (P<0,05), and shortening the time of the work vacation by 21,7%, (P<0,05)% and by 30,6 %, (P<0,05) correspondently.
