The ultrasonic method of determination of blood flow parameters in the part of determination of indicators on interlobar arteries, with expansion of a complex of dopplerographic indicators is improved. Pathogenetic relationships between the severity of histological changes of renal graft biopsies in patients with chronic graft dysfunction and the degree of Doppler spectrum of renal blood flow have been established. Differences in blood flow parameters in patients with graft dysfunction and in persons without manifestations of dysfunction were analyzed and ultrasound criteria of late graft dysfunction were supplemented, which allows for non-invasive monitoring of renal graft.
