Research methods: the main method is a field one - to study the potential of fodder and seed productivity of safflower varieties and the use of a sandy substrate to evaluate the nodulation process and the effect of symbiosis. An analysis of selections based on a complex of economic and valuable traits was carried out against the background of inoculation with Rhizobophyte. Pairs were selected: the selection of D.
