Description

 The report provides research on the improvement of existing and development of innovative technologies of various groups of confectionery products using modern, non-traditional types of raw materials and additives to increase the nutritional value of the products, providing them with preventive and health-improving properties. Improved technologies of special purpose confectionery products using new types of raw materials with therapeutic, immunostimulating and radioprotective qualities for all population groups, including those with diabetes. Low-calorie, anti-diabetic, gluten-free flour confectionery products have been developed. Sugary confectionery products with an extended shelf life of increased nutritional value and reduced sugar content have been developed.
