The investment attractiveness of business entities, as well as directions for its improvement, are the subject of study by many scientists. Today, globalization processes force regions to compete significantly for resources and investments. The level of sustainable development of territories and the well-being of residents directly depends on their involvement. As part of the study of the influence of the information structure on the investment attractiveness of the city, the following tasks were solved. The place of information technology for the management of material resources of a construction enterprise in the information ecosystem of a modern construction enterprise is defined, the definition of the main components and the construction of a functional model of information technology for the management of material resources of a construction enterprise, which takes into account the shortcomings of existing models, the determination of partial indicators of the effectiveness of information technology and the creation of an optimization multi-criteria model of information technology , which is being considered. Methodology for assessing the digital potential of Ukrainian cities, carried out its approbation, and obtained results that reflect the differentiation of cities by the level of use of digital technologies has been proposed. The need to include digital potential in the assessment of investment attractiveness is substantiated. Methods of applying various regression approaches for developing econometric models of the urban economy were investigated.
