For the first time, a scientific hypothesis about the violation of the processes of mineralization of hard tissues of teeth as a complex polyetiological pathological process, the correction of which requires the normalization of adaptive-compensatory and functional reactions in the oral cavity was nominated. For the first time, the mechanisms of disturbances in the mineralization processes of the hard tissues of the teeth were clinically investigated, the methods of early diagnosis, prevention and treatment of disturbances in the mineralization processes of the hard tissues of the teeth in children were proposed and improved, depending on the presence of general somatic diseases and the time of teeth eruption.
