To establish and compare the features of phagocytosis in children 2-5 years old and 6-10 years old with repeated infectious diseases of the respiratory tract. 2. To investigate the activity of pro-oxidant processes in children with repeated infectious diseases of the respiratory tract depending on age. 3. Determine the state of the antioxidant system in children with repeated infectious diseases of the respiratory tract depending on age. Phenomena studied: phagocytosis, pro- and antioxidant processes in children with repeated infectious diseases of the respiratory tract. The object of the study: phagocytosis, pro- and antioxidant processes in children with repeated infectious diseases of the respiratory tract Research methods: clinical, immunoenzymatic, statistical. Used tools: "Humareader SINGLE" photometer-analyzer. Scientific novelty of the research. For the first time, it was established that it was discovered that three features of innate immune protection occurred in children aged 2 to 5 years who are sick with acute respiratory infections more than 6 times a year: 1) decrease in absorption characteristics of phagocytosis (phagocytic number, phagocytic index, phagocytosis completion index) and stimulated metabolic activity; 2) increase in spontaneous metabolic activity (HST test) and 3) increase in cytokine-inducing capacity (interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, interleukin-10 and TNF). For the first time, it was discovered that in children aged 2-5 years who suffered from acute respiratory syndrome more than 6 times a year, there is an imbalance of the LPO-ADE system. It was characterized by a simultaneous increase in the serum content of primary, secondary and final metabolites of lipid peroxidation as a manifestation of the special nature of the inflammatory process in the studied group of patients - active acute with a tendency to a long course without physiological attenuation, which occurred as a result of constant irritation of cell Product Description popup.authors Andriyenko Tetyana Germanivna Vertegel Andrii Oleksandrovych Kryazhev Oleksandr Volodimirovich Redko Iryna Ivanivna Samokhin Igor Volodymyrovych Chakmazova Olena Mykolaivna popup.nrat_date 2022-11-30 Close
