As a result of the use of a food product for special medical purposes, there was a probable decrease in the level of percentage and total body fat and a certain improvement in lipid status, which is a significant factor in the prevention of possible complications and progression of coronary artery disease. The study of the main hemodynamic parameters in patients in a state of relative muscle rest revealed a probable decrease in heart rate, as well as SBP and DBP. This led to a corresponding decrease in the value of the Robinson index. The results obtained indicate an increase in the efficiency of the functioning of the cardiovascular system under conditions of relative muscle rest. In the study of the physical performance of patients with coronary artery disease under the influence of the use of a food product for special medical purposes, the indicators of the absolute and relative power of PWC150 probably increased.
