The purpose of the study was to determine the clinical-anamnestic and psycho-social aspects of the course of FDDO and AD in children, as well as to determine the clinical-anamnestic and psycho-social aspects of subfertility of mothers and the development of children born as a result of the use of DRT. Research methods: general clinical, biochemical, instrumental, as well as diagnostic scales (SCORAD, analog pain scale), determination of the dermatological quality of life index, a questionnaire for determining medico-social factors in induced pregnancy, statistical methods. In the course of the study, the peculiarities of the course of the above-mentioned diseases against the background of comorbidity, taking into account age characteristics and psycho-social aspects, were determined and analyzed.
