According to the results of the study, the method of differential diagnosis of the course of CAP was further elaborated and refined. The development of a technology for predicting the activity of inflammatory destructive changes that occur in aggressive forms of CAP was carried out. An algorithm for the differential diagnosis of destructive forms of CAP has been created, which provides for the implementation of minimally invasive measures, such as the analysis of biochemical parameters of the patient's oral fluid and the calculation of the corresponding probability of the occurrence of severe purulent-inflammatory complications of the maxillofacial area, which will allow choosing the optimal tactics according to the affected tooth. For the first time, the correlation relationship between the parameters of oral fluid and periapical granulation tissue was investigated in order to predict the risk of CAP complications.
