Vascular, stromal and parenchymal components of the organ in the stage of shock correspond to the condition of “tension” in response to pathological exogenous impact, and intensification of exchanging processes of the damaged organism of experimental animals. Performed microscopic and submicroscopic researches on experimental animals’ thyroid glands after 7 days of the created thermal burn trauma along with administration of Sodium Chloride (NaCl) 0.9% solution established remodelling of thyrocytes’ structure along with changes in the walls of hemocapillaries, and stromal connective tissue with signs of their destruction and alteration, which demonstrates the decline of the organ’s function.
