Research methods. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the SRW were the provisions of modern economic theory and the work of domestic and foreign scientists on the problems of strengthening and effective use of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises. The following methods were used in the research process: dialectical; graphic; monographic; analytical alignment; economic and mathematical modeling; statistical groupings; indexical; comparison and detailing. The information base of the study served as legislative and normative acts of Ukraine; orders, reports, programs of the Vinnytsia region, and materials of statistical agencies. Processing of experimental data was carried out using a computer and application programs (based on Microsoft Excel). According to the results of the SRW, the theoretical and methodological approaches to ensuring the strengthening and effective use of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. The study and assessment of the current state and efficiency of the use of resource potential of agricultural enterprises of the Vinnytsia region made it possible to develop the main organizational and economic directions for strengthening and increasing the efficiency of the use of their resource potential. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the development of the main organizational and economic directions of strengthening and increasing the efficiency of the use of the resource potential of agricultural enterprises.
