The state of innate and acquired psychophysiological and cognitive abilities of a person. The purpose of the task was to determine the neuro-psychophysiological indicators of the professional efficiency of military personnel in certain specialties. The determination of such indicators for the creation of profiles of military specialties based on neuro-psychophysiological markers of the state of psychophysiological and cognitive functions is aimed at increasing the ability of servicemen to perform specific types of activities in conditions of informational and physical overload, as well as in extreme conditions. The purpose of this task corresponds to the Priority thematic direction in specialty 256 "National security (by separate areas of support and types of activities)": development of the latest technology for determining the neuropsychophysiological profile of specialties in the personnel management system of the components of the security and defense sector. Based on the results of 264 psychophysiological examinations, a modification and adaptation of the modular system of the original computer tests for determining the state of psychophysiological and cognitive functions was carried out, namely: optimization was carried out as the time of testing by reducing the amount of stimulus material while maintaining the reliability of the indicators (the testing time was reduced by 46 .6%), as well as the structure and number of initial test parameters, which will allow for faster and more efficient testing and interpretation of the obtained results to solve the problems of creating profiles of military specialties. The design of the modified modular system allows it to be more effectively used in the selection and optimization of the minimum number of tests that can provide information about the basic innate capabilities of combatants that are critical for military specialties.
