For the first time, it was established that anti-histone H1 blood serum AT showed greater sensitivity compared to anti-OBM AT, the determination of which is widely used in MS. For the first time, fluctuations in the level of anti-histone H1 and anti-OBM AT in the blood serum of patients were investigated depending on the state of neurological and cognitive functions, manifestations of depression and fatigue, and indicators of quality of life. It has been proven that anti-histone H1 AT, playing an important role in the pathogenesis of MS, can be considered as an additional diagnostic biomarker, as well as a biomarker of the activity of neurological and neuropsychological disorders in this disease. For the first time, a scheme for the participation of anti-histone H1 AT in the development and progression of inflammatory and, probably, neurodegenerative processes in MS was proposed. For the first time, a connection was established between a high level of anti-OBM BP in blood serum and disorders of such cognitive functions as dynamic praxis, the ability to conceptualize, the semantic category of language fluency, and the presence of complaints of increased fatigue in patients with MS. For the first time, a comparative analysis of the ability of class G immunoglobulins (IgG), purified from the blood serum of patients with MS, to hydrolyze OBM and histone H1 was performed. For the first time, it was proven that the second-line drug for BMI - fingolimod - contributed to the reduction of fatigue, improved such cognitive functions as the ability to conceptualize, visual memory and the quality of life indicator "mobility" in the examined persons. For the first time, it was shown that ALA trea Product Description popup.authors Bozhenko Natalya Leonidivna Bozhenko Myroslav Igorovych Wiwchar Roman Yaroslavovych Malyars'ka Nataliya Vasylivna Marienko Lidiia B.
