During genotyping of rainbow trout, a total of 85 amplicons were obtained, of which 92.94% were polymorphic. The results of cytogenetic analysis showed that mature sterlet individuals are characterized by average values of erythrocytes with micronuclei (EMN) (3.2 ± 0.3%о). The frequency of lymphocytes with micronuclei (LMN) was (2.7 ± 0.3%). The frequency of binucleated lymphocytes (BNLs) was at the level of (2.3 ± 0.2% ). Analysis of the genetic structure of the sterlet breeding group was carried out using protein markers, which make it possible to identify certain of its features.
