Registration Date 13-12-2022 Organization Institute of Fisheries of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The used protein and enzyme systems allowed to demonstrate the features of the genetic structure of framed and scaled carps of the farm Chernihivrybkhoz PJS, which are expressed in a specific set of allelic variants in two groups, namely at the TF locus the presence of allelic variants A, B, C1, C2 in scaled carps and B, C1, C2, D in framed carp. However, the average values of the level of heterozygosity for three loci were Ho=0.517 and He=0.545 in scaled and Ho=0.362 and He=0.365 in framed carps. As a result of the performed studies, it was found that the experimental group of carp was characterized by a low level of erythrocytes with micronuclei EMN (3.2±0.3‰). In addition, it was found that this group of carp is characterized by a low level of lymphocytes with micronuclei LMN (1.9±0.2‰) and binuclear lymphocytes BL (1.8±0.1‰). The total number of genetically defective lymphocytes was (3.7 ± 0.2‰). A high level of heterozygosity was observed at the TF loci in silver carp (98%). The Alb locus was the least variable (50.8%) of all studied loci in the bighead carp. The specificity of the genetic structure of the of Antoninsko-Zozulenets intrabreed type of scaled and framed carp breeds from the farm Staraya Sinyava PJS was characterized using ISSR markers: A - (CTC)6C; B - (GAG)₆C; C - (AGC)₆G; D - (ACC)6G and E - (AGC)₆C.
