It was shown that the treatment of seeds with melatonin has a positive effect on growth and development, increase in total weight of both control and experimental plants. The combined effect of melatonin and NO in low concentrations also has a positive effect, which makes it possible to recommend this type of treatment to increase the stress resistance of plants to clinostating conditions. The results of previous studies were analyzed and summarized and the conditions of plant cultivation that increase plant stress resistance to clinostating were modeled. The recommendations have been developed on ways to regulate plant development by optimizing the composition of nutrient media for plant growth, and treatment with growth regulators (phytohormones, NO donors, and melatonin) to increase their adaptation to growth in modified gravity conditions.
