For alloys based on light rare earth elements (REEs – La, Ce, Pr), the critical parameters ensuring the formation of the structure of metallic glasses have been determined experimentally. It is shown that amorphous REE-Cu alloys have the minimum thermal stability of the structure, and the most thermally stable are MGs based on REE with Al and Ga. The method is implemented by approximating the chemical composition of the alloys to the eutectic value and checking the level of GFA of eutectic alloys by the method of surface melting with laser pulses lasting ~10-3s. New metal-polymer composite (MPC) materials filled with powders of rapidly hardened amorphous HB-4 alloy have been created. It was established that the developed MPCs have a lower intensity of linear wear (by 3.7-5.0 times) and an index of abrasive wear (by 3.1-4.7 times), as well as increased hardness by 18% compared to the base polymer. Proposals have been developed regarding the improvement of the technology for the making of reinforced steel products from continuous casting steel, which include the need to accurately observe the steel melting regimes, control the deoxidation process in order to reduce the number of non-metallic inclusions, as well as adjust the two-stage cooling regimes on Stelmor lines for each steel grade and express metallographic analysis of the microstructure. According to the results of the analysis of the world's known technologies for the processing of uranium ores, it was established that the technology based on the use of nitric acid is the most economical and environmentally friendly.   Product Description popup.authors Yeromina Kateryna A Hubariev Serhii V Kalinina Tetiаna V Sukhomlyn Volodymyr I Kharytonova Olena A popup.nrat_date 2022-12-19 Close
