With the help of a complex method using chromatography, investigation of the propensity of specified coal bed to spontaneous combustion was carried out. It is established that coal of bed l1 in zone of geological disturbances along the belt entry of 3rd north face of mine “Almazna” SE “Dobropillyavuhillya-vydobutok” is not dangerous for spontaneous combustion.
